Create a Secure Mac Volume

If you feel the need for some privacy on your Mac, here is how to create a password protected volume. Open “Disk Utility” located in the folder “Utilities”and select “New Image”. You can choose between a 128-bit or 256-bit AES encryption and pick a size for the disk image.
